It is with great pleasure that I am writing this first blog post about Anuta.
More than three years ago I decided to quit Cisco Systems and start Anuta Networks. We were interested in the evolution of the Cloud for Enterprises and Service Providers and we investigated the specific solutions that enable an easy Cloud Service Delivery.
Ultimately the challenge that interested us was the complexity of providing differentiated and dynamic network services in an elastic and multi-tenant network.
Setting up Storage and Compute for this environment has been solved. … configuring the Network is a whole different story.
The Network is usually pre-provisioned. Cloud Service Providers and Enterprise Private Clouds lack Network Service Catalogs for end customers.
Anuta has been working on this specific problem and we believe that we have a solution which is very effective and differentiated from the rest of the industry. Our solution will enable Service Providers and Enterprises to plan, design, deploy and manage multi-tenant network services. It integrates seamlessly with existing Cloud platforms.
Anuta Networks is now a team of 50+ people with offices in San Jose, Austin, Dallas, Bangalore and Tokyo. I am extremely excited about our team. We have talent from Stanford, Harvard, Columbia, IITs, Cisco and Juniper with very deep Networking and Software Expertise.
Over the next 4 to 6 weeks, we will publish more information about Anuta Networks through this blog. I encourage you to visit us again and help us by providing feedback.
We will be at Cisco Live London 2013 at Booth #E117. If you are going to be there, please visit us and provide your feedback. Together we can deliver a better cloud.
Happy New Year,
