ATOM can act as a collector for multiple data sources such as SNMP, Streaming telemetry, SNMP traps and syslog.

At this point in time, Cisco and Juniper platforms are supported for streaming telemetry

Yes, we offer ready to consume charts such as device health, BGP/OSPF monitoring, Interface metrics, TopN metrics and much more. One can utilize the out-of-box chart templates or even create custom charts to meet the requirements

Anuta ATOM supports Email, Slack and ServiceNow integration now. Based on the alert, region, device groups, and your customers, ATOM can route alerts and notifications.

ATOM has a modern software stack. The stack has a time-series database for all the performance data and a Kafka message bus for queuing. The real time information is available via kafka. The normalized information that comes via SNMP, streaming telemetry, SNMP traps and syslog is stored in the time series database. This helps ATOM to offer trending information for the data collected. The time-series database can be scaled horizontally to meet the customer requirements on high volume of data. However, ATOM also employs database optimization via roll-up and downsampling to handle different time ranges of data. In addition, ATOM supports a configurable data retention interval, with 365 days being the default.

Yes, ATOM transactions support auto rollback. Re-Try is available for operations that are past the reservation phase and encountered transient operation errors such as device connectivity issues.

ATOM supports service compliance that helps to maintain 100% service uptime. Service compliance module detects any changes to the service configurations – even if the service spans across multiple devices, and notifies and remediates to maintain SLAs.

Yes, several industry best practices are already offered as part of ATOM’s service catalogue. Customers could use them directly or customize to their requirements.

Anuta Networks offers ATOM SDK where customers with DevOps skill sets can create or extend service models.
